If a guide is inaccurate, unclear, outdated, or missing important safety context, we want to know.

Report a concern

Email hello@meetsage.io with the page URL, the statement you are concerned about, and a reliable source when one is available. Do not include private relationship, health, or account information.

Safety-critical reports are prioritized. Account and billing questions should go through the Support page instead.

What happens next

The editorial team checks the cited passage and sources. When a correction is warranted, the public guide is updated and its revision history explains the material change.

Minor grammar and formatting edits do not receive a new revision. Changes to meaning, sources, recommendations, or safety language do.

Transparency

We do not silently remove a material correction record from a guide that remains published. If an entire guide is withdrawn, it is removed from public indexes and feeds and its former URL returns an unavailable-page response rather than redirecting readers to unrelated content.
